Return and Refunds Polic

At Stoic Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with our Return and Refunds Policy outlined below.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@stoiccouture.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Ship the item back to us using the address provided by our support team. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@stoiccouture.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at support@stoiccouture.com. We will provide instructions on how to exchange your item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
